1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds/exchanges may be offered if:
- Product/service is defective or not as described
- Wrong item was delivered
- We made an error in processing your order
Refunds are not provided for:
- Change of mind (unless required by law)
- Products damaged after delivery due to misuse
- Digital products/services once delivered, unless faulty
2. Time Frame
Requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the product or service.
3. Process

- We will review within 3–5 business days.
- If approved, we’ll provide return/exchange instructions.
- Physical items must be returned in original condition/packaging.
4. Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
5. Shipping and Return Costs
- If the issue is our fault (defective/wrong item), we cover return shipping.
- For other returns, the customer bears shipping costs.
6. Exchanges
Exchanges may be provided if requested within 14 days. Price differences will apply if applicable.
7. Digital Products / Services
Refunds for digital goods are not provided once access/download is granted, except where faulty or required by law.
8. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before shipment (or before digital delivery). After that, standard refund rules apply.
